Durga said that Your spirit thrives on being connected to the earth, the world around you and to others. 3. Then John Jr explored the meaning of the verse , "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of ]the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places." Durga didn't understand the Flesh and blood part. John Jr explained that the battle is spiritual, not physical. He says that the enemies we face are not people or objects, but rather an unseen spiritual enemy. 4. The last part of the verse is "Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand." John Jr told Durga that they needed to stand against evil by Being Strong in the Lord., Standing on God's Word, Don't Lose Heart and Standing in Faith. 5. John Jr and Durga decide that they would try putting on the armor of God by reading and praying God's word, and remembering that God's righteousness protects them, and that they can have faith in his promises. John Jr and Durga decided that their daily practices would include prayer, scripture study, journaling, acts of kindness, exercise, and associating with friends of high standards

**The Great Treasure Hunt** In a peaceful meadow lived three friends: Mimi the playful cat, Lulu the curious frog, and Didi the cheerful duck. One day near their favorite pond, Mimi found a weathered map. “It’s a treasure map!” she exclaimed. Excited, they decided to follow it. The map led them deep into the forest, where they faced challenges. First, they cleared a thorny bush blocking a cave entrance, with Mimi skillfully swiping the thorns away. Inside, glowing crystals lit their way until they reached a wide chasm. “We’ll build a bridge!” suggested Didi. Together, they stacked rocks, with Lulu positioning the heaviest ones. Soon, they crossed safely. At the cave's end, they found a chest. Expecting gold, they opened it to reveal an old book filled with stories and poems about friendship and adventures. “This isn’t treasure,” Lulu said. “Maybe it’s better,” Mimi replied. Didi smiled. “The real treasure was the journey—and our memories.” The friends returned home with the book, reading its stories daily and cherishing their adventure and their friendship. They learned the best treasures are found in the bonds they share.

Bella was 5 years old today! Not only was she excited that it was her birthday, she was looking forward to starting school soon. "Happy Birthday Bella Boo!" shouted mom. Could Bella give Hazel the pink unicorn backpack she got for her birthday? Bella can use last year's backpack. No need for a new one. It's not ripped, just a little old. Bella pitched her mom the idea. That's a great idea! Your dad would be so proud of you for helping her and giving her your new backpack. What else can we do? maybe fill it with fun things? Bella's mom suggested she fill the backpack with newer or lightly used items Hazel can use to learn, to make her happy when she is sad, to calm down when she is angry, to help her when she is scared. In order to deal with her many emotions, Hazel could use different types of things. Hazel can use the books and drawing toy Bella brought back from her room. Red panda she can hug at night when she's scared. Maracas she can play when she's happy or wants to sing and dance.
