Most Jamaicans didnt think the storm was going to touch Jamaica. The rains started and the people especially those that did not prepare. The storm barely touched Jamaica. however the paishes and Manchester, St. Elizabeth and Clarendon were hit by the storm. alot of light posts went down. houses lost roofs. Bananas and plantines were the hardest hit

Aubree’s elves always bring her some gifts on Sleigh Day, usually some Christmas books, cozy pajamas, and a few Christmas themed toys to play with throughout the season. Each night throughout the Christmas season, Aubree’s elves fly back to the North Pole, then return to her home by the morning, always hiding in a different spot. Aubree’s elves are very mischievous and she loves searching for them every morning. Each Sunday throughout the season, her elves leave her a special card or letter along with a fun gift or activity to do with her family, like tickets to see The Nutcracker or to go to Legoland. Aubree’s family loves these special days and calls them “Elf Sundays.” Aubree’s elves stay at her home longer than other children’s elves because they know she loves Christmas so much! They stay until she goes back to school, and then they fly back to the North Pole until they return on Sleigh Day the following year. When they leave, the elves always give her a special parting gift with a card, to make sure she always has special memories of that Christmas season.

Giant Matt spent days and nights tinkering about to create his tiny palm bikes. Alas, one day after countless hours of tinkering, Giant Matt finally had the best of the best tiny toy bicycle! He was so proud of his creation! So proud, in fact, that he couldn't just let it sit in his giant palm and look pretty. "This tiny bike must serve a better purpose" thought Matt allowed to his shop kitty. Then, as if a sign from the universe, a small human creature passed in front of his shop. "What is this tiny creature?!" Exclaimed Matt. Matt quickly ran after the small creature. Once Giant Matt reached the creature, he realized that he was wrong--this wasn't a tiny creature, it was a real boy! "A real boy who can enjoy a tiny bicylce his size?" Thought Matt. He opened his palm and handed the small boy the ticketed bicycle. To Gaint Matt's joy, the bicycle was the right size for this real human boy!

She started painting Mittens into the picture. From that day on, ALIF started painting pictures of Mittens in all sorts of different settings. She painted Mittens in a garden, on a beach, and even in space! ALIF’s paintings became so famous that people from all over the world started asking her to paint pictures of their pets. ALIF and Mittens were very happy. They spent their days painting and playing together. And whenever ALIF painted a picture of Mittens, she would always include him in the painting.
