Once upon a time, a curious giraffe named Tina longed to explore beyond her savannah home. One bright morning, she set off on an exciting journey to the big city. As Tina entered the city, she was amazed by the tall buildings, busy streets, and the people who stopped to marvel at her. Tina wandered into a bustling market, where the delicious smells and colorful sights caught her attention. She peeked into a bakery, and the baker kindly gave her a giant loaf of bread. Next, Tina found a playground filled with children who were thrilled to see her. She joined in their games, letting them slide down her long neck, and they all laughed together. As the day went on, Tina discovered a beautiful park with trees and flowers. She found a quiet spot by a pond to rest. The city's mayor approached her and warmly welcomed her to the city, expressing how much joy she brought to everyone. Though Tina enjoyed her new city friends and the exciting experiences, she began to miss the wide-open spaces of the savannah and her family. With a promise to return, Tina said goodbye and journeyed back home. When she returned, she shared her amazing city adventure with her family and friends, telling them about the tall buildings, playful children, and the kind baker. Tina realized that no matter where her adventures took her, she would always have friends waiting for her, both in the city and the savannah. And so, Tina the giraffe lived happily ever after, dreaming of new adventures and the wonderful places she would explore next.

1. In the Whispering Woods, lived two very different friends. Benny the Bunny was bold and brave little white bunny, hopping from one adventure to the next, always ready to explore. Sammy the Squirrel, on the other hand, was timid and shy. Sammy! There’s a hidden meadow beyond the Tall Pines. I hear it’s filled with the juiciest berries. Let’s go!" Benny said, his eyes sparkling. 2. Sammy peeked out nervously. "The Tall Pines? That’s so far, Benny. What if we get lost? Or... what if something scary is out there?" Benny waved a paw dismissively. "Don’t be silly! With me around, nothing bad will happen. Come on!" 3. After much persuasion, Sammy reluctantly agreed. Together, they set off through the forest, Benny leading the way with big leaps and Sammy scurrying close behind. As they approached the Tall Pines, the forest grew darker, and the air cooler. Sammy’s heart thudded. 4. suddenly, there came a rustling sound from the bushes. A pair of glowing eyes appeared, followed by a low growl. It was a fox! 5. Benny froze for a moment, his bravery flickering. "Run, Sammy!" he yelled. But Sammy, though trembling, remembered something his mother had taught him: "Foxes don’t like being outsmarted." 6. Taking a deep breath, Sammy darted up a nearby tree, grabbing a loose branch with his tiny paws. He shook it with all his might, causing acorns to rain down on the fox. "Go away!" Sammy squeaked as acorns pelted the fox. Startled and annoyed, the fox yelped and ran off into the shadows. 7. Benny stared up at Sammy in amazement. "Sammy! You were incredible!" Sammy climbed down, his tail puffed up with pride. "I... I just did what I had to do." 8. When they finally reached the hidden meadow, it was even more beautiful than Benny had described, filled with colorful flowers and sweet berries. As they shared the feast, Benny grinned.

Ava, a playful bunny, is the protagonist of the story. She loves playing with her favorite ball and often neglects her school assignments, much to her mother’s concern. The conflict begins when Ava’s mother is called to the school to discuss Ava’s poor academic performance. After leaving the principal’s office, Ava encounters a friend whose mother praises their good grades and discipline. This leads Ava’s mother to compare the two, urging Ava to focus more on her studies. However, Ava disregards her mother’s advice and continues to prioritize playing over schoolwork. The climax occurs when Ava dreams about her favorite ball being destroyed after it rolls into the street and gets popped by a car. This emotional moment frightens Ava and serves as a wake-up call. The resolution comes when Ava balances her responsibilities and playtime, completes her schoolwork, and happily plays outside afterward, earning her mother’s pride and approval.

1. John Jr read Genesis 2:8-9 which says "Now the LORD God had planted a garden in the east, in Eden; and there he put the man he had formed. The LORD God made all kinds of trees grow out of the ground—trees that were pleasing to the eye and good for food. In the middle of the garden were the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil." 2. John Jr wanted to explore the tree of Life and tree of knowledge a bit deeper for better understanding. He learned that God wants wants you to grow into a strong tree, nourished by the light of His word. God promised those who follow and trust his way will flourish and prosper. 2. Jesus is the water of life that will nourish and gives us light for all us to grow into a strong person. John Jr decided to delight in the ways of God and to not let Satan decieve him. John Jr started to read more about being a good follower of Jesus. John Jr wanted to bear good fruit and started practicing love, joy, peace, gentleness, goodness, and faith in his everyday life. John learned wisdom was tree of life and the righteous was its fruit. 3. John Jr learned that the tree of knowledge of bad and evil tries to divide human action into Right or Wrong, Good or Evil and Lawful or Unlawful with privileges and punishments for each case. John Jr learned that the tree of knowledge is where sin came from. John Jr decided that he was going to obey God's ways better. He decided to not tell lies anymore and to be kind to his neighbor by not picking their flowers and just try to be more righteous. 4. So God wants us to plant vegetables in our garden that will draw us closer to him. John Jr started planting peas, lettuce, squash, turnips and thyme.

This book aims to empower children with diabetes and help them feel confident in managing their condition. Through Lily's journey, young readers will learn that even with challenges, they can be happy, healthy, and successful.
